Heidi Schoepflin has been practicing as a board certified physician assistant since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2003. She has been part of the Torrance Emergency Physician team since 2014 and also sees patients at our urgent care clinics. Heidi spent half of her career working in Family Medicine and General Surgery prior to transitioning into the field of Emergency Medicine. Studying in Quebec and Costa Rica during high school influenced her decision to pursue a degree in International Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami, where she worked in Latin American finance before settling into healthcare. In her leisure time she enjoys traveling, studying genealogy, creating mosaic crafts, but most of all relishes moments with her family and beagle.
