Dr. Goodman was born and raised in Maryland and attended the University of Maryland in College Park for his undergraduate degree then continued on at the University of Maryland for his medical education. After an internship at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore he moved to Southern California for his residency at the Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center. There Dr. Goodman was awarded both Senior Resident of the Year and Teaching Resident of the Year awards.  Dr. Goodman has been working full time in the Torrance Memorial Emergency Department since 2013 as well as working per-diem attending shifts at LAC-USC. In his spare time Dr. Goodman can be found on the golf course or in the ocean as well as spending time with his wife and two young sons.
